Press only one button and flags rise from your map showing all the properties you have listed in their precise location.

Our system rapidly downloads (XML) the particulars of all your properties of one category.
This means your clients do not wait for new pages for each property as in existing html systems.

On moving over a flag the visitor will view a small image of the property.

Pressing the image they will immediately experience a slide movie of the images from your /images directory.
An unlimited description of the property is displayed adjacent to the movie.

Move over the binder and the property details are displayed.

Enter the note book and your visitor can list properties they like, preview the listing and email the preview list to themselves.

All in total privacy. If they wish you to contact them, they check a box and you are notified of their email address and their property interests.

Click on the flag and either your existing html page for the property is displayed

or an 'on the fly' html page is displayed showing your banner, the details and photographs.

You have no need to produce html pages or office flyers again .

One time entry of the property details on 'the property form' supplies the database, program display, previews and your office flyers.

Ten minutes per property is required to complete the simple form.
Unlimited properties listings are permitted.

Text can be entered directly or 'copy/paste' from other documents.

An extensive list of 'categories' is installed but extra descriptive headings are available by request.

Choice of the R.E.C pages or your own html pages with a new listings link pointing to the map search program.

R.E.C. page users will be given the option of varying bottom, side and background colours.

• First sign up for the trial run, it is free and will give you an
   insight into how the program works.

• Enter the central home box and select Trial Agent.

• Fill in the entry form with your particulars.

• On completion you will receive an email confirming
  your interest and your password or access code,
  click email link to confirm.

 

• Enter the pages section, select search and one of the countries offered.

• Select a category and then press the agent button.
Enter your email and password. Submit.

Allow the administration button to emerge.

• Press the button and press add.

• Proceed though the program, entering the information requested.

• Add the description where requested and press the multi images button.

• Check your images directory url is correct and ensure that it ends with a / .........e.g. yourdomain.com/images/ .

Enter at least 2 no. jpg image, maximum 5, file names that exist in your directory.

• Test the images appear.
   Compressed images will not function.

• Press the details section and enter the relevant information.
Continue through the program to the checking section and then press submit.

• After submitting press back and then search. You may have to clear the browsers temp files to receive fresh data.
